When customer purchased, it means that the customer has fully understand our policy. 

About us

We are not affiliated or associated in any ways with the brands listed in our website. Therefore, any warranty stated is not applicable in any boutique brand unless stated so. Warranty are only claimable at Heavni Store.

However, we guaranteed that our items are all authentic.

Why is it cheaper than boutique? 

Our items are taken from direct premium outlet. Meaning, the stocks may be the old collections from the brand so it will go to premiu outlet. But we can guaranteed that the watch is in good condition. 

Pre-Order Items

Please take note the lead time in the description. Any delay of less than 2 weeks after the lead time due to unforeseen circumstances are not allowed to be cancelled and refunded. 

All these terms have been stated clearly in description before check out. Any failure to read terms at the product description, we will not responsible.

 

Return and Exchange of Defected Items or Wrong Sizing items 

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from HEAVNI BRAND GLOBAL (IP0553361X).  However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase is defected or in wrong sizing, we are happy to provide an exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging. Please note that you are entitled to claim no longer that 3 days after the day on which your order is received.

Customer will arrange to return items. To arrange a delivery please contact the customer service team on +6010-830 9479.

The exchange items will been sent after we received back the item into our Distribution Centre for inspection.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.

The goods must arrive back with us in a fully resaleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate.

For exchange, customer need to bear the cost of return to our warehouse, and another extra cost of RM10 of delivery charges from our warehouse to customer address.

After the 7 days cool off period, no further exchange can be accepted unless due to product faults that occur during the product warranty period.

Return due to Claim of Counterfeit Items

We believed that our item is fully authentic. However, you have the right to do an inspection at the nearby boutique or service centre once the item arrives at your hand. If you find that our item is a counterfeit item, please immediately contact us within 7 days after you received your items. 

Please refer below for the process:

1. Customer to present a black&white or at  least any document to support the claim of counterfeit. Failure to give this support document may result in failure to claim from the seller.

2. Customer to return the items to our warehouse within 7 working days from the date customer received.

3. We will process a refund to the customer within 7 working days.

NOTE: Any claim after a cooling period of 10 days, will not be entertained. HEAVNI BRAND GLOBAL (IP0553361X) has the right to reject customer's claim if no support document is presented, therefore, without support document, it will be up to seller's descretion.

 

Damaged/Faulty Goods:

We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible by emailing hello@heavni.com or calling +6010 830 9479 immediately.
